The Rainforest Recovery Center (RRC) at Bartlett Regional Hospital provides adult men and women with comprehensive residential care for drug and alcohol addiction. The facility offers individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client, and encourages all residents to take active roles in their recovery. Treatment is 12-Step based and relies on other proven methods, such as group therapy and one-on-one counseling, to help participants adopt effective and sustainable skills for maintaining a sober lifestyle.

Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.Residential Treatment
Residential treatment programs provide housing (food and meals) in addition to treatment for substance abuse. Some facilities offer only short-term residential treatment, some offer only long-term treatment and others offer both, ranging from a few days to many months, based on patient needs.

- Charles E. BillChief Executive OfficerCharles E. Bill joined Bartlett as Chief Executive Officer, on May 12, 2014. Chuck Bill comes to Bartlett from the Centura Health Physician Group in Durango, Colorado, where he served as the Assistant Administrator of Physician Development. His previous twenty-plus years of health care experience includes stints as President /Chief Executive Officer of the Arizona Regional Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona; Chief Executive Officer of the John C. Fremont Healthcare District in Mariposa, California; Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Health System in Cortez, Colorado; Chief Executive Officer of Cobre Valley Community Hospital in Globe, Arizona; Chief Executive Officer of Vencor Tucson Specialty Hospital; Associate Executive Director of United Blood Systems in Scottsdale, Arizona; and three senior management positions with Samaritan Health Systems of Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Bill holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Zoology and Nursing from the University of Arizona, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
- William C. Gardner, RNChief Nursing OfficerWilliam (Billy) Gardner came to Bartlett Regional Hospital in 2009 as Director of Medical and Surgical Nursing Department and most recently accepted additional responsibility as Director of the Critical Care Department. Gardner holds a Bachelors in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Management, and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
