  • Megan Viveros
    Megan ViverosDirector of Operations
    Along with her own personal recovery experience, Megan has been involved actively in recovery groups since 2008. In addition to being a graduate of Fullerton University, Megan has been with us, first as a resident in our Sober Living Home them promoted to House Manager and now to Director of Operations of our Dana Point Treatment Center. Her creative gift for art therapy, sense of humor, calm and sensitive way of listening with compassion for people, is her valuable contribution to each client’s program and staff results. Megan’s background of addiction has given her the passion to work in the recovery field and share what she has so freely been given.
  • Alicia Biggs
    Alicia BiggsLead Counselor
    Alicia enjoys the balance between counseling and administrative work. As lead counselor, Alicia is responsible for communication between counselors, administration and clients. It is her passion to work with clients as their advocate as they are encouraged to build skills towards becoming their own advocate. Alicia received her CAADAC certification after studying with the Navy Drug and Alcohol Counselor School and taking courses in pharmacology and psychology at USC and completing Law and Ethics with Options in Berkley. To further her interest in being of service, she completed training in Relapse Prevention Counseling and Denial Management Counseling. In recovery for ten years and the counseling field for six years, Alicia comes from a solution based model that encourages the client to move from crisis to solution through discussion around personal growth and utilizing new and healthy coping skills.
