Program worked well for my loved one. However, billing and accounting records a nightmare. Nothing in writing and payments demanded in cash with no records showing ever provided to insurance. Highly questionable business practices. Check your insurance eobs very carefully. Beware and check reviews before going here.

Treatment was adequate. My loved one bought into 12 steps and did well from a therapeutic perspective. My loved one felt supported and developed several positive relationships with a few staff members. Financial charges are inaccurate. Aggressive in collecting �cash� payments to be paid directly to the facility. Questionable insurance billing practices. Does not honor contracts between insurance company. Terrible, unethical and grossly inaccurate financial procedures.

My loved one went to this facility. Accommodations were fair, definitely room for improvement. Clinical staff is adequate. Financial policies and procedures wede highly inappropriate, threatening, unethical and grossly inaccurate. my loved has EXCELLENT health insurance that is contracted with this facility. Highly questionable billing practices.

This place saved my life! If you're truly ready to make a change in your life this is the place to do it at. The people who wrote the negative comments weren't ready to make that change yet. So again if you're ready for revovery start here. It's the best decision i've ever made in my life. Thank you to all the staff at this facility.

New Hope upon checking in that I would be in their in house treatment for 30 days. This was not true I was placed in their out patient program after 20 days. Because new hope charged more than Blue Cross would cover. Then the same resulr with the out patient program. I know this because I called my insurance. They also sent me monthly statements of what they paid. Mind binding charges by new hope. While their ypu can learn to clean up after yourself and the very basics of recovery. The family groups wasnt good for me because I dont think sharing family issues with strangers and their family was helpful and I didn't care to hear other clients ss well. When your insurance and cash has run dry they release you from programs and want nothing to do with you. VERY HYPOCRITICAL! I truly hope that other clients have a much better experience.
