My therapist Ali was AMAZING. She just got things done! She helped me so much with my case manager and her feedback was always so positive and helpful. All the teachers and therapists in groups were excellent as well, I learned a lot & dove straight into it! I liked the processing because it was extremely helpful and wonderful being able to bond and knowing that other people are there going through the same things you are going through. I learned how the brain works and what alcohol does to your body as well as the mental health part of it. It was fascinating learning the science behind. I learned a lot of anxiety techniques. I really enjoyed that. For me, walking and doing deep breathing helps me calm my anxiety down. I got lots of tools while I was here. I even learned how to meditate! I loved the spa night and the gym. The elliptical machine was the best! They helped me to get on the right medications which I've never had before which has helped the happy inner child come out in me. It helps me to get that energy out and ground myself again. I would highly recommend this place!
