From the moment I got here I felt welcome. The transport people picked me up from the airport and immediately made me feel welcome. Juan the driver has good vibes and gave me the run down on what to expect and shared some of his story with me. I appreciate that the staff doesn't just pass you off, Juan checked in with me even after I got admitted. The people that pick you up from the airport are the first impression that you get of the place and with people like Juan who are very caring and approachable, he set my stay off on the right tone. All the staff has been great and Im getting a lot from the groups. The campus is huge and there's a good community of people. Ive had a great time so far.

My experience at banyan was great. I learned a lot about myself and my disease. i have overcame fears and gained my self confidence back. so i say thank you to banyan and all the staff coudlnt have gone to a better treatment center

I was very hesitant to come to treatment, but with the help of all of the staff members, i am able to say that I made it, and i feel like i have a real shot, I didn't want to stay down here after treatment, but the aftercare coordinator helped me realize a lot of things with succeeding in long-term sobriety. My counselor was very helpful to me in dealing with situations with my wife, and the clinical supervisor goes above and beyond. thank you to the staff for making my stay so welcoming and wonderful. the one thing i will say though (and i hate to say it) is about the food, and it being catered, the food is not so great, but other than that everything else was amazing.
