Each patient receives a personalized treatment plan created by a multidisciplinary team of nurses, psychiatrists, and therapists. Clinical services include individual and group therapy, psychiatric rehabilitation, and medication management. Our group therapy curriculum draws from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), and more. Supportive services such as case management, family education, and peer support ensure holistic care, while leisure activities and recreational therapy promote self-expression and well-being.
