The process groups are great. The number one focus is to talk about how we are feeling which kicks off a lot of conversation and we talk about practical things we can do to help. If we have an issue, the therapists are here with practical advice or they will lead us to a resource to help. The process groups are some of the best and most raw groups. People arent afraid to show their emotions. Therapist Olivia has very out of the box thinking and comes with a lot of non-traditional curricculum like she brings a feelings ball into class that we throw around to identify how we are feeling. She really breaks up the ordinary and mundane lectures and classes with the more traditional facilitators. She is always engaging and understanding and allows the class to lead conversations.
