Overall the nurses were good and all the therapists. Ray is my therapist and he's been very helpful. Very good therapist in my opinion. He's helped me do a lot of soul searching and planning. He knows how to mix therapy and still just be a person. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. Process group I really liked because we get to talk about a topic of the day and you would see a lot of the newer guys finally opening up. Its nice seeing people open up. It was always different that's why I like it. Even the lessons that were the same, it was a different group of people sharing on the topic so you would hear a lot of different stories which kept it interesting. I'm a very out doorsy person and I would walk every day, there was a lot of nature and plants and wild life on the grounds. We would play a lot of volley ball and they had a really nice gym. The food was good and they give you as much as you want .There is plenty to keep you busy. Being here reinforced all the coping skills that I needed to strengthen and I did a lot of activities with the guys after class. I came here determined, I dropped 20 pounds while I was here because I was not in good shape when I first got here. I feel more determined now and I don't ever want to come back to that lifestyle. I'm ready to move forward. There was a lot of support here and I would highly recommend.
I haven't experienced it but have a close friend that has and says that it is nice and would attend again or refer others.
