All the counselors were great, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I learned about how to manage my emotions and develop coping skills while building on my self esteem and new friendships. I felt such a sense of connection to the community with all the activities like volley ball and kick ball. I loved going to the gym and the whole community was really supportive. I loved the meditation groups with Cami. Karah my therapist was amazing, I was able to process with her & learn about my anxiety & depression. Therapist Jen did an amazing music therapy group that was very powerful and touching. I loved everything about my stay here & would highly recommend.
