I feel it's my duty to forewarn anyone who might subject their selves to this kind of treatment to know what exactly it is they're getting into. Run. If you want help, get it somewhere else. I wouldn't even send my dog there... Please, trust me! <3

A trigger. I wouldn’t send anyone that I wanted to live here. I was trigger not by patients but staff slamming doors, letting others push me and blame. Instigate outburst. Staff slamming door even with my crying pleas to stop. Much much more

It's in a poor area and lots of people on fixed income makes the facility seem like 2nd class treatment. Good counselors. Such a bad area, very rundown area.

My husband was in this facility 4 times this year 2016. He hasn\'t complained about the facility or the staff. He was so distraught with his mental depression and anxiety that I don\'t know if he actually noticed all the other bad things that others have described about Anchor. I am the wife and I had several upsets with the way this hospital is actually ran. We were told that visitation was on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 6:00 - 7:30. n I would ALWAYS get there early to be able to spend all the time I could with my husband. Every time I came I had to set in the lobby until they decided to take me back to the lunch room which one time was at 7:15. When walking to the lunch room I started balling my eyes out because at this time I only had 15 to spend with my husband. The staff was VERY nice and place my husband and I in a room by ourselves so that I could stay longer. Another time they actually took me to the lunch room early THEN didn\'t bring my husband to see me until 6:55. My biggest upset is when you can\'t get anyone to talk to you about your husband progress and what you need to do when he comes home. Duh, don\'t you think that\'s important?!?!?!?!?
