With a 5-acre lake, ducks, geese and beautiful undisturbed forest land, the rural setting at Oxford Treatment Center offers a tranquil healing environment. Our approach to addiction treatment is a holistic one, seeking to restore hope and health to individuals who come to us out of painful, self-destructive patterns. It’s not enough to end a physical dependency through successful medical detox. Providence Women’s Recovery

I believe Providence saved my life. I started drinking at 13 and by 16 I was drinking every day. On top of that the last 15 years of that I used pills. Coming to Providence and really listening to what was being taught made me relieved to know I wasn't alone. While here, I accepted Christ and was given an amazing sense of peace. After graduating I stayed with the ministry and now run one of our women's homes. Come July I will have two years clean and sober!!

Teen Challenge - Middle Georgia's Men's Center

This program is called Teen Challenge, but is not just for teens. It's for all ages and a wide variety of issues. Being in and out of other facilities, I have to say that this one must have something special, because my "person" came out clean and on the right track. He has not once been in trouble again or struggled with an addiction since. He has excelled in everything life has to offer him now and even offers help to others in need. It's faith based and opportunities to work you back into the community slowly and effectively.
