With a 5-acre lake, ducks, geese and beautiful undisturbed forest land, the rural setting at Oxford Treatment Center offers a tranquil healing environment. Our approach to addiction treatment is a holistic one, seeking to restore hope and health to individuals who come to us out of painful, self-destructive patterns. It’s not enough to end a physical dependency through successful medical detox. On the other side of that first step, the individual in recovery must have the right support in place to break those old habits and replace them with new ones. He or she must find a new way to fill the void that drugs or alcohol once did — essentially, find a new meaning in life. At Oxford Treatment Center, our team of dedicated professionals consists of a medical director, a board certified addictions psychiatrist, a board certified internist, and 6 board certified nurse practitioners. I have worked in treatment centers for two years, and I never felt truly at home until I began working at Blue Ridge. My first day of work (in April 2017) I immediately felt welcomed by the staff, and clients as well. I have discovered something in my time at Blue Ridge, the staff, including myself, care very deeply about each and every client. We have a housekeeping staff, and a kitchen staff, but they do not just clean and cook, even they speak with the clients and show them the love they deserve. It has been an honor to work with this team, and I am looking forward to many more years here!

I helps you opening up to see the faults we have and how to overcome it. This place I was there for 2 years and been clean for 5 all together. I was addicted to Meth and haven't even thought about using. It helps you explore yourself and overcome what made you use. It is Christ based but look at the life we use to live worshiping the false idles, this isn't a false idle. It all depends on you heart and if your ready to change to something awesome.
