my social worker could not even spell compassion correctly. they charge while providing inadequately experienced staff lacking quality credentials. They also recommended me to a person for my outpatient, who turned out to be a fraud and set my recovery back 10 years. If your loved one is suffering from substance abuse issues, get them professional help from a real therapist or psychiatrist, I would not recommend you send your child here. It really messed up my image of self and interfered with my path in life.

You have to want to be there in order for the program to work! My counselors were amazing! But you cannot force someone to go and think they will be “cured” however I have been trying to get ahold of the alumni coordinator since July.. kinda disappointed they want your to stay connect but they won’t return phone calls...

Strong cult mentality gong on here. I was lied to over the phone before checking in; the lies & attempted brainwashing continued throughout my stay. Patients are forced to electronically sign documents they're not allowed to view. Several patients were threatened regarding insurance coverage, including me, and one man was asked to show his bank account balance - *typical cult procedure. Patients are degrade, shamed & punished for unintentional infractions - another typical cult procedure.

The receptionists who answer the phone calls are VERY rude

Stuff was rude expect for one who was very helpful the nurses zero compassion do not go there if you have health issues they not equipped to help people with poor health they gave me a hard time when I had chest pain they wouldn’t let use the phone to call my husband to call my doctor I left was admitted in the hospital had a heart problem mild stroke has to stay to have a procedure done Was in the hospital for a week. I found a better place it’s called Rogers but I’m a out patient I will be there for 6 hours Monday-Friday because of my health issues I can’t stay but I’m happy now that they do understand I would not recommend Rosecrance to anyone oh and one more thing my counselor was good. The rest of the stuff no beno.
