Facility is really run down. Magement does not care about clients at all. Understaffed. Cold ham and cheese sandwiches every day. Only hot meals come from the homeless shelter across the street.

Fair- However- there billing staff is absolutely nasty rude, and terrible. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with them. It's not even about a bill per se- just trying to understand why something wasnt sent to insurance. HORRIBLE rude! This lady should have a job in collections or something!

My best friend died because Prelude kicked him out for smoking, without any place to go, nor finishing his treatment.

You get what you pay for. Facilities are in disrepair and dirty, not enough counselors and is a center for younger and court appointed people.
