This facility is top-notch. My treatment at Gold Bridge is, in my opinion, superior in almost every way when compared to the other treatment center where I have been treated. The Counselors are very professional and dedicated to working with the patients in a timely and professional manner. The food is exceptional and delicious (not institutional) offers a wide variety of choices. The therapist to patient ratio is very favorable in that there is one counselor for every four patients compared to one counselor for every an 8 patients (The state requirement is that there be one counselor for every eight patients). With only sixteen beds, the level of care provided is excellent. The facilities are clean, safe and attractive and are well maintained. Don't let the fact that there are only a relatively few reviews. This treatment center has only been open for about 9 months and therefore, at this point, has had only limited reviews completed. The tech staff is very friendly and attentive to client needs and works to ensure patients needs (from vitals to medications) are professionally met. Also, the treatment center has a licensed psychiatrist involved in each patient's treatment as well as very competent nurse available to assist in the treatment of each patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Gold Bridge Treatment Center to those seeking treatment for drug and/or alcohol.
I found this place to be very effective. It not only addressed my addiction issues but raised my self-esteem. They address the disease from more than one angle through one on one therapy, psychological medical needs, small intimate classes, outside and inside AA/NA, cognitive behavior therapy, and Smart Recovery meetings outside of the facility. And we did fun stuff- sober!
