I am disappointed in this hospital. Staff members are terrible to the patients. Honestly ruined my life as I am now thriving now with real help I have never been happier and more Entergeti. But I was traumatized every day at Brentwood. Don’t ever go

My wife (voluntary admission) is trapped there. Everyone I talk to tells a different story why. They are either lying or incompetent. I fear she is getting worse. Avoid this place at all cost.

I loved it I didn\'t like the detoxing but honestly who does!?! I learned a lot on my mental illnesses. And I had spent the entire month of February in there. And I\'m very happy to say that I have cut since. And one male staff member was awesome I can\'t thank him enough for everything.

I was a self check in that went in for a quick change in medication. 10 days later I was still there, I spoke with the patient care advocate and directly said i found it funny that my insurance paid for 10 days and I just so happened to be kept, 10 days. I directly asked the doctor why I was still there seeing as they had changed my medication and I was feeling better, she became very upset with me, when I pressed her for an answer she yelled at me that we were done and I needed to leave her office. Now I must say there are several staff there that truly do care about the patients and their well being, but several were in fact had bad attitudes. I had one tech actually removed from the floor, after she told me that one of the other girls needed the phone, I had written my name on the list, had waited 25 mins and had my alotted 5 mins of use, when I pointed this out the tech became very upset telling me I HAD to get off the phone... Overall I enjoyed the staff that was helpful but the staff that was not helpful honestly just stressed me out even more. I actually went in happy and ready to get my medication changed and for the most part it turned into 10 days of heck.
