The mission of Enlightened Solutions, LLC is to help individuals and families struggling with substance use disorder recover the mind, body and spirit through a holistic approach and 12 step philosophy. We believe in meeting the person where they are and forming an individualized program to work with their specific needs.

Our philosophy is that addiction is a disease. We provide medical detox that is client-centered, with a holistic approach, to those suffering from substance use disorders in the least restrictive and most effective level of care. We will adjust our approach to meet the needs present in each community we serve. In being part of the community, we advocate for the most operative, efficient, and economic treatment of each individual who is in need of our services. We will help individuals achieve recovery by creating hope and developing a treatment plan and aftercare plan that is supportive of long-term recovery.

Victory Bay is a behavioral health treatment center in New Jersey that offers effective outpatient treatment for substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorders. Our environment is welcoming and safe so people can recover and heal from trauma. We maintain small caseload sizes, which allows counselors to give the individualized attention clients desire. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in managing any co-occurring disorders Group therapy is a primary treatment modality, but we aim to hold small group sessions. Individual therapy is also provided weekly, allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals. These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and the opportunity to explore concerns they may not be able to explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved ones as requested. In addition, we offer case management services and support because we recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention.

I’ve done plenty of IOPs in my days, but Victory Bay was by far the best in terms of structure and staff. They helped teach me accountability and helped me grow into the man I am today. I celebrated two years a few months ago. I am forever grateful for my time in VB.
