I attended their IOP day program which was rich in information, a strong sense of community and overall a very positive experience. The team there is friendly, respectful and yet firm. They know what is needed to begin your journey into recovery and there are to provide you with the support, information and resources to be successful. They call you out on your stuff so don\'t think you\'re going to pull the wool over their eyes - they are experienced and focused. A great team and I highly recommend the program.
I often hear patients wanting to do more activities at the facility for them to do while in detox/rehab. I wish there was a handicap door in the front lobby for those that need it. When people do finish treatment, they are overall satisfied and I see lots of patients thanking and hugging staff members and going out of their ways to ask for them to thank them. More variety on food - such as healthier options....I liked the food during Latin American history month.
Forever grateful. Just celebrated 1 year of sobriety. Was in Banyon Massachucetts last april to May. I was in detox, and residential, I believe I entered treatment a very physically emotionially sick person, and was brought back to life there. The food was amazing, the therapists and groups amazing, accomadations amazing. I went to treatment at 60 years old and for the first time in my life after many attempts have 1 year sober, if anyone reads this and is struggling hope this helps you thankyou to everyone at banyon and also the alumnae group.
