When I got to RCA, I was't sure what to expect. After a couple of days I knew I was in the right place.I was made to feel right at home by the staff AND the other patients.Everyone involved with RCA is extremely knowledgeable and caring. The place is a 5 star hotel. extremely clean. the food is great!(many choices). This facility is not just about sobriety,it is about changing your whole way of life and the way you think about yourself, finding a power greater than yourself to guide you. Everyone at RCA, especially the RSS's really had my best interest and that of my peers at heart The only issue I might possibly address, is that communication at times between management to staff could be a little more consistent. 5 STARS+++. I was told before booking my flight and planning for the trip that my insurance had been approved and I would be staying for 30 days, was told I’d spend approximately 2 to 3 days in detox. Got there and 3 days later was told my insurance wouldn’t pay for tje 30 days, only for 7 days in detox. Had to rebook my round trip ticket and was charged over $150 just for changing dates. Stayed in detox the entire time, which means I ate and slept for 7 days. Have called numerous times and apparently there is no one in charge of any of these facilities because they continue to transfer your calls to a recording that doesn’t have a directory. I have asked the 2 people I’ve spoken to, who I could speak to about being reimbursed the $918.00 out of pocket travel fees I incurred. Will not gift me a name or phone number to anyone in management or customer service. They lied to me and wasted my time, money and most of all the chance to turn my life around. You see, I’ve had this addiction for a long time and no one to help. I finally, stepped out in faith and asked for help and they failed me and show no concern for me at all. They only wanted money, money, money!!!! No concern for the individual. As for the staff at the recovery center, they were very kind and caring. As for Chris and John, if that’s truly their names, they are rude, uncaring and very unprofessional.
If love and health are the most precious gifts in the world and you need it now you will find here at the Northeast Addiction Treatment Center. After years in sobriety, I had a relapse that brought me down to my knees in a very short amount of time. I am a mother of three, a highly functioning person, a health nut who was about to loose it all. In a matter of days after using alcohol I was a broken person, wounded animal that was full of self-doubt, frustration, and pain. I was the lucky person who made it to the other side, a person who made a decision to come to Northeast Treatment Addiction Center to get back everything that I have lost and gain so much more. What can be said about this place? It's a place where you will regain stability, learn a lot, gain hope, attain a solid foundation for your recovery to move forward. I can't express enough gratitude for the staff, the therapists, the doctor on staff and the community at Northeast. Here you will find love, non-judgement, patience, understanding and the genuine desire to help and to heal. Thank you to all at Northeast Addiction Treatment Center who helped me save my life and put me on the path to have a happy and healthy life that I want and deserve. What a gift....
