Serenity Point Recovery Center

Serenity Point Recovery has helped me to refocus my mind and help me to see clearly, through sober eyes, how close I was to loosing everything I ever cared for and about. By drinking my life and my money away, I lost my home, all my things, and brought me to the brink of divorce. By choosing to come here, and openly communicating with my counselor daily and weekly I was able to see, through his eyes, things within myself I need to continue working onto more affectively communicate positively, work on my anger, and trust issues. NA/AA classes have helped me continue focus on sobriety. Hearing others stories and situations they've been through helped me stay focused on what I have to gain, what I still have, and not let it all go. Coping and Relationships classes also have helped me to learn to better understand and communicate with people in my daily life along with my spouse.
