Recovery Pathways, LLC is an outpatient substance use and mental health treatment center providing services to adolescents and adults in over 23 zip codes and many counties. It is the mission of Recovery Pathways to provide compassionate, individualized care in a therapeutic environment with the physical, social, and emotional needs of patients in mind. We understand initiating treatment may be overwhelming, thus we strive to offer clear explanations and assistance throughout the treatment process. Recovery Pathways, LLC is guided by the philosophy that mental health and substance use disorders are progressive illnesses, treatable through professional and compassionate care, strong family involvement, education, and ongoing support. The goal is to help each individual attain the tools that light the path to a fulfilling personal recovery. Services we offer include: Mental health counseling, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT): Treatment for substance use including alcohol, opiates, cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamines, etc. Recovery Coaching, Case Management, Jail Services Enhanced and Women’s Specialty Programs, Adolescent Services Outpatient therapy specialties include: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist (CCTP), EMDR Trauma Therapist, Trauma Informed Staff, Virtual Reality Therapy, Couples Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Groups include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group, Women’s Recovery Group, Men’s Recovery Group, Batterer Intervention Program, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, Trauma & Substance Use Case management services include: Providing community support group resources to client, Medical Assistance , Education, Transportation, Employment, Finances/Budgeting, Connection to Physical Health Needs, Community Resource Support: housing, food, clothing, etc, Coordinate care with outside agencies; CPS, foster care, probation, parole Recovery Coaches services include: Attend meetings with clients, Provide support and encouragement through personal story of growth and recovery, Reduce stigma and increase connection to community resources, Provide transportation as needed, Connect to employment, schooling, and housing, Increase self-care hobbies Medications include: Suboxone/Zubsolv/Brixadi, Naltrexone/Vivitrol, Mental Health Medications as needed Harm reduction products include: Deterra pouches for medication disposal , Medication Lock Boxes, Naloxone Rescue Kits, Fentanyl test strips, and more Other information: Locations: Corunna and Bay City Satellite Offices co-hosted with CMH: Saginaw, Arenac, Gladwin, Midland, Mt.
