I have learned how to meditate wich has helped and will continue to help with stress and anxiety. I learned some skills that will help with getting hired when applying for a job. I definitely got a lot out of serenity point.

Their website layout is good and easy to use. The specific care they dedicate to women is wonderful. I can't think of any weaknesses. It's a great facility. My sister admitted she had a problem not too long ago and Sacred Heart was recommended to us and we are so glad it was. They treated her with kindness and understanding. She came out with such a strong will to stay on the right track. We are so thankful for Sacred Heart.

Personnel were very caring and attentive. Small and need more group field trips other than laundry. I thought it was a great experience. The simplicity of it made me focus mainly on myself which was the major issue. I have recommended it to a few people seeking help.
