Very nice people who work there, A downfall was that I think its pricey for some I am very satisfied with all the staff and all their work. While I was at a forever recovery I received the best care that is possible to receive. Everyone was so courteous with me and showed only professionalism what ever the situation was. I was very impressed with the fact that no one ever lost their patience with me. I am really great full for that guys, thank you for having patience with me, I know I was very annoying! I also think that the counseling was awesome, I cried so much during and had so many emotions coming out but it was the best thing I did so far. Tye entire experience was amazing. Well it was really nard though, but now looking back and having gone through it all I think this was the most amazing thing I did for myself. With all those other activities that I did too, I felt whole, i felt normal again, and I made so many good friends. I had so much fun. I find that they did such a good job helping everyone. I feel like that the program was very useful for me and I am pretty sure that I am very good now, and I keep going to meetings and I keep my head out of trouble. I think that forever recovery is really an excellent rehab for anyone, specially if you really want to get clean.
My parents found Best Drug Rehab and I am so glad they did. I’ve been using and trying to quit heroin for the last 10 years and it’s been really hard. I’ve gone to a few 28-day programs but they didn’t really do much good. By the time the 28 days were up I still wouldn’t be feeling all that great and when I went home it became almost impossible to stay clean. Since I wouldn’t be feeling completely fine and knowing that I could be feeling better if I just used it became all about willpower for me to stay clean and that never worked well for me. If sheer willpower alone could have kept me clean I wouldn’t have needed rehab in the first place. The fact that Best Drug Rehab wasn’t based on time but on my own progress through the program made such a huge difference for me. I was able to move through the program at my own pace and when I did move forward on my program I was completely 100 percent ready to. Another thing about BDR that was different for me was the fact that I actually enjoyed my time there. I didn’t spend my time there wishing I was somewhere else. I was happy being there and that made it so much easier to really concentrate on my program and not on anything that was happening at home. The counselors at BDR are beyond amazing. I’ve never been to a place where every single counselor cares that much about the clients. There’s a lot of staff there that have had their own experiences with drug or alcohol addiction and because of that they really want to help the clients that come through. There wasn’t one time when I couldn’t talk to a counselor about something that was bugging me. I never felt like I was getting blown off. I also felt understood on a completely different level. It’s one thing for a counselor to tell you they understood what you’re going through. It is quite another thing to actually feel understood. At BDR I always felt like I was understood and that I would get the help I needed to get through whatever it was I was going through at the time. A few other things about BDR that I loved. We got to go out once a week with the other clients and go do something fun. You wouldn’t think it’d be that important but in actuality it made me realize how easy it was to have a good time without drinking or getting high. I was at BDR for a little over 2 months and when I went home I was completely confident in my own ability to stay sober. I’ve been staying with my parents until both they and I feel like I’m ready to move out again. It’s amazing being about to reconnect with my parents. I never realized I missed just hanging out with my mom. I’m working now. I’ve had the same job for 2 months and as sad as it sounds, it’s the longest I’ve held a job. Going to Best Drug Rehab has completely changed my life. I’ve never been happier than I am right now and it’s all because of the program and the people at BDR.
