Serenity Point has given me a deeper insight into the reason why I may of relapsed and with the help of Relapse Prevention Class, has given me the knowledge and tools to avoid another relapse, and recognize the early warning signs and stages of relapse. Also, the SMART Recovery course has showed me that there isn't just one way to achieve sobriety, which is what I was taught during my attendance in A.A. groups, This course also showed me that a relapse doesn't mean you have lost any of the sobriety time that you previously had achieved rather you get to build on it, and it teaches you to us such experiences as a learning opportunity to grow and continue to move forward with my sobriety. Overall, I have gained a new, very optimistic outlook towards my future, and the future of my journey through life in sobriety. For once in my life I have truly began to love who I am without the use of any type of substances,. thus I owe my thanks and would like to express my gratitude towards Serenity Point Recovery and all of the staff here that has allowed me to achieve this monumental success in my life, and my recovery. -Colton P
