Synergy is a place of real recovery in more ways then one. I was lucky enough to find this place and experience what all they had to offer. The staff truly care about you whole heartedly and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel as if you are their first priority and your comfortable. The food is great and nutritional. I learned through the classes to love myself, fight my addiction and be true to who i am with out the need to use substances. My therapist was amazing and helped build the confidence i hadn't had before. But the best part of this place is the friendships i built with the other clients here, and the laughs and tears we share among one another ( and with the staff too :). If you feel you need help with your addiction or mental health i highly recommend this place. It will change your life as it did mine. They truly are the definition of synergy and i will never forget that
Sana Lake has been incredible. You know, most places you got to keep you there for like a week or two, and then send you off on your way with a list of meetings to go to. Sana Lake was SOOO much different. After you go to inpatient they hook you up with the outpatient services and there is a group every week for people who have gone to Sana Lake, it's called members for life, and they go do fun stuff and have meetings. So many people call you, and check on you, and legit care about how you're doing. I love Sana Lake, and I would 100% recommend anyone looking to do this thing, go there. If you want some cheap state run program, you're going to get what you pay for.
The intensive outpatient treatment program at Northbound allowed me to have a firm foundation in recovery. The counselors guided me in my journey in emotional sobriety, making it comfortable for me to be vulnerable and open to deep emotional wounds so that I could begin to heal. I am grateful for the spiritual and emotional recovery I currently live with today.
