Specialization

  • Dual Diagnosis/Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment

    These two terms describe a person who is not only addicted to drugs or alcohol, but also has a mental or emotional illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Facilities that treat patients with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders provide psychiatric treatment in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.

    Outpatient treatment describes all addiction treatment that is not residential. Patients live at home while undergoing rehab.

  • Lori McCline L.C.A.D.C., M.A.C.
    Lori McCline L.C.A.D.C., M.A.C.Clinical Director
    Lori McCline received her B.A. in Management in 2011 and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling in 2013 from Grand Canyon University and is now a Licensed drug and alcohol counselor. She is currently preparing to defend her dissertation and will soon hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family which includes visiting her eldest son who is an active member of the U.S. ARMY, running a nonprofit organization for Veterans and coaching athletic activities for her children.
  • Jacob H. Jacoby, MD, PhD
    Jacob H. Jacoby, MD, PhDMedical Director
    Dr. Jacob Jacoby completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Brooklyn College, in Brooklyn, New York. He went on to gain his M.S. in Zoology(Endocrinology) at Rutgers Univeristy, followed by his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and finally his M.D. in Medicine at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. He holds numerous certifications pertaining to treatment for addiction and narcotics such as the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He currently serves as an Attending Psychiatrist at several New York and New Jersey hospitals as well as his work at the Medical Director for Behavioral Crossroads.
