Victory Bay is a behavioral health treatment center in New Jersey that offers effective outpatient treatment for substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorders. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in managing any co-occurring disorders Group therapy is a primary treatment modality, but we aim to hold small group sessions. Individual therapy is also provided weekly, allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals. These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and the opportunity to explore concerns they may not be able to explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved ones as requested. In addition, we offer case management services and support because we recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention.

I’ve done plenty of IOPs in my days, but Victory Bay was by far the best in terms of structure and staff. They helped teach me accountability and helped me grow into the man I am today. I celebrated two years a few months ago. I am forever grateful for my time in VB.
