My son was at Asheville Recovery center for 60 days inpatient. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Its a tough decision to finally make that step for help. He also has severe anxiety. They made the process so easy and they immediately took that stress away and made him feel comfortable. It's a very close family-like facility. If you or a loved one needs help, this is the place to go. They truly saved my sons life! They are available for calls 24 hrs a day. The owners and staff are devoted to helping addicts. Many of them have been there themselves. In the past we have looked into other facilities. They seemed a lot like a hospital. Asheville Recovery is not like that. It's a very comfortable and beautiful place. I am so thankful we found them.
Having arrived at Fellowship Hall not knowing what to expect, I was warmly greeted by compassionate, caring staff , many of whom are in recovery themselves. The program works for those who truly commit to living clean and sober and work the program. If you put in the work assigned by the counselors, an amazing thing begins to happen, true recovery. I will always be thankful for the gift I received at Fellowship Hall, a life of sobriety filled with joy and hope.
saved my life. I loved that they use the 12 step program as well as the wellness part that included. Salon days, massages once a week. workout/boxing/yoga facilities. Yes, house managers are former addicts but they left the most impression on me to have them share their stories with me, to give me encouragement. They understand how it is, yes, they are tough bc they were addicts as well. I feel sometimes patients forget this is not their home, you\'re in rehab, there are rules to follow, you\'re not on vacate, its not going to be easy to have people tell you what/when and how to do things. Things weren\'t working out they way I was doing things. I needed to be told what to do and how even though I didn\'t like it. suck it up. The food is great, you make a grocery list and house managers will buy whatever you like. A chef comes to the houses once a week to cook. Most houses have pools, others have a pool table and basketball. Some of the house could use updating and I saw them constantly working on. There are so many people going in and out of those houses. I do have to say unfortunately bc of insurance companies many patients would get sent home early. shame on the insurance companies. I find solution recovery is an excellent facilities.
