Cheap but not long enough to help, dont work on problems. Workers need to be more educated.

A good facility but needs improved holistic offerings.

Help in attending but ineffective. Daughter has been there for outpatient treatment and is currently in jail. Did not see any changes as a result of treatment.

Strengths: Helping the people that do want help. Weaknesses: Not making them stay. Letting them go home whenever. A patient should have to stay until they're finished with the program regardless if they want to quit half way through or not.
