Needs to be under construction black mold sinks unable to use tape on them with do not use signs 45 women no where to wash hands besides a kitchen that's locked washing dishes and a plastic bucket in the kitchen bathroom lights not working seems inhabitable for 45 women it's been that way for some time over 50 days needs to be inspected by HIPAA
