Strengths: Education, family involvement, nutrition and exercise. The family focus assisted me to see the connection to family and also take ownership of my part. Weaknesses: distance from home. But that could be a strength too. I had a very positive experience and I am still clean and sober. I reflect on my experience and the things I learned often.
