This is a great treatment center i was treated with a lot of love and the staffing there do care about every addict that walks in i learn a lot there thanks to my counselor Mrs Dagmar she was one of the best counselors there. Also Mr Carol , Mrs Aleks . Everyone there is amazing. I will be going back there but as an employee to help others like myself who are in recovery and need help to get back into life living a sober life. Thank you everyone at Ambrosia keep up the good work...

I wouldn\'t recommend this center based on the experience my loved one had here recently. I\'ll share what he/we experienced below: -masks were hardly worn by staff. -did not feel safe, hardly saw staff at night. -his counselor said he didn\'t belong at that center which puts in question the intake process. -I called prior to him being admitted and was told patients were separated based on level of care, however when he was in there they said differently. -he was released without any identification (kept his bags and wallet but no ID) -Released him with no discharge papers, and didn\'t have any ready when we came back. He requested those along with the insurance papers he signed and they said they didn\'t have them ready. It\'s been almost two weeks since they said they would email him, and nothing. -We had to come back the next day for his bags and wallet and waited 10 minutes shy of 2 hours standing in the lobby till they found his things. Tried sending us away to come back \"once they found it\" but we weren\'t leaving till they gave him everything. Front desk person said this is common. Overall unimpressed with the this center and would not suggest anyone I know coming here for alcohol treatment.

The staff at Ambrosia was really good and very helpful, they cared about their clients a lot. All of the therapists really helped a lot and helped me with a lot of my problems! When I came in I felt like crap and leaving here I felt good, better than I have felt in so long. I am very grateful for Ambrosia. If you are looking for treatment ambrosia is the place to go

Ambrosia really helped me. My first rehab ever. The only problem i had is the doctor really dont know how to taper with suboxone. The one in Philadelphia He really need more training. Then you only get to see him one time. With high blood pressure. I should had been monitor better. Then if the nurses know your medication is running out especially if you are down to 1 pill. Then they should submit the order that day not wait til the day of and tell the member that they don't have it for that day. That it will be in the next day. Resident managers are the best and supportive and care about members recovery. My case manager she is the best case manager ever. She get the job done. I am grateful for her. She was on my after care. She really cared and i felt it from her heart to mine. My therapist Was great as well. She taught me. That women do recover and i just don't have to use ever. No matter what i go through. And the groups were awesome. Give the best groups. When they had group. I always felt good about myself. Inside out. I would definitely recommend Ambrosia to my peers if they are seeking treatment.
