I have called numerous times for an appointment, but never anyone available to speak to me. Left messages. Today, I really felt bad emotionally. I suffer from extreme depression. Antidepressents have not worked for me. I called the financial number thinking they will answer as it concerns money,, No answer just leave message. Next I tried the crisis number. Surely, someone would be available to help me, but again, no one available to answer the phone. They are no partnering with St Luke's Hospital. Don't know why St Luke's would lower themselves to be involved with Penn Foundation. I had been seen by their doctor several years ago, bur never went any further, but now I am getting worse and wanted to restart therapy.

I went there in January 2017 cause I hit rock bottom and the month of February is a horrible month for me and if I didn\'t go I would be dead right now they saved my life. I explained about the month of February and they didn\'t let me leave they checked on me every day of that month made sure I was ok. The staff was awesome with me,easy to talk to,very helpful. Been clean ever since. I\'d like to thank them all. Even the friends I made there they became best friends and have also been clean. Thanks for making it easy for me and for teaching me how to use my voice and speak up for myself and to speak up for other addicts I know that struggle I do my best to help them and their loved ones, everyone deserves to be helped. Thanks Again for saving my life and my best friends lives.

We came to Penn Foundation to seek mental health services for my 25 yr old son that we believe has ADHD and Personality Distorder. This is why we came, to get another opinion as another said he has Bipolar & Schizophrenea. Although the Psychiatrist was excellent, the clinical director is horrible. During initial consultation, they asked my son if he used drugs or alchohol. He does not drink at all and used Marijuanna for recreational use occasional. They would not allow him to seek mental health treatment unless he entered the Drug & Alchohol progam and they will not prescribe Medications used for ADHD. We will seek assistance else where where they will provide professional testing, psychological and psychiatric evaluation, therapy and the correct medication.

Good place. If you put the work in, it’s worth the stay. They helped me a lot.
