The facility overall, and especially patient rooms, is constantly maintained to create a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. The treatment provided utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating individual and group therapy, art and music therapy, wellness and dietary services, family services, case management, legal advocacy, and 12 step programming. This comprehensive approach fosters growth and insight in multiple aspects of the individual's life. 5-star quality care and service, multiple therapeutic modalities and offerings, holistic services, case management, alumni and follow up services, community engagement, patient community, 12 step education, spiritual services Given the facility's geographic location and neighborhood, it does not have a large amount of space outdoors for patients to utilize. That being said, the facility does have designated spaces for patients to get fresh air and provides routine outings (including equine therapy), which provide further opportunities for patients to get outside the building.

Faculty and staff are excellent. A centralized inpatient facility and variety of outpatient locations for continued care. Good alumni followup and continued fellowship. Only private insurance accepted. After my insurance dropped coverage on day 7, Livengrin found money in the scholarship fund for me and had a payment plan for after I left so I could continue my care for the full 28 days inpatient. Saved my life. Sober since when I was admitted.
