Greenhouse is a beautiful facility, the rooms are nice in the detox area and the rooms in the lower level are nicer and more of a hotel feel. Overall the staff was nice and housekeeping is really great. The housekeeping makes it easy for you to focus on classes. They do your laundry, clean the rooms and make your bed. The kitchen staff is nice as well and the food is good and healthy, although they can switch it up a bit from time to time. If you are here for the entire program expect to have repeats but it is good. Some of the Treatment Advocates (TA) are a bit on the petty side and nit pick on everything it almost gives off the feel of being in jail or prison( I've never been but I've seen shows), which can cause extra anxiety. They are really strict about communication with the opposite sex and get wrote up if caught conversing they will put you on redzone and write you up but all groups and process groups are mixed with male and female. Lunch and dinner is the same, they can not eat together or at the same time but they can get snacks for breakfast, afternoon and night snacks together, but not allowed to smoke together. This really does not make sense because even tho you are in groups all today and process groups they can not talk to them about what was learned that day. All of the medical staff is nice except for Dr. Monique Fincannon, this doctor is very disrespectful and belittling. She yelled at me and called me a victim and refused to help me with my meds. I had to call the corp. office because after requesting to have my doctor switched I was denied by the medical director on site. I went that week without having my meds fixed and the following week without being seen. I love the therapist, Jordan, Mr. Paul and Mr.Bobby, the crisis counselors Mr. Keith, Arturo, and Mrs. Keisha, the TA's Mrs. Grace, Mrs. Shaterrica, and the nurse Tamara. and Dr. Alawa. There is no acupunture, or masagges do to covid.
I truly feel blessed to have been able to have the opportunity to recive treatment at this facility.
Most rewarding accomplishment - overall physical and mental health and better relationships.
