I came here at a very low place like most people going to rehab, and this place gave me my life back the food was good. The counselors were terrific the doctors even better. I will forever be grateful to this place. Worth every cent and more.

We took our son to this place in hope to get the best treatment for him. Our son tried weed so as good parents we tried to get him to a safe place where he could talk without fear and get the help he needs. We took him for the assessment. The lady was incompetent, cold and made us feel that we were guilty. Then she claimed that her kids never tried weed. We did not go there to talk about her kids. Then she said that our son oxygen level was at 84 (which is a dangerous level) which was probably because he was a heavy smoker. She did not recommend to take him to the hospital. We asked her what would be the best option for our son: inpatient program she said. Then she said that we could do the outpatient one or we could see a psychologist. We knew that, we needed a clear answer but no she kept on repeating the same thing. As we kept on asking questions, she started to pack her belongings and watched her clock. She screamed at our son and made him feel so scared about his oxygen. We came home and check his oxygen, it was at 99. Our son told us that the device she used was not placed correctly. He informed her but she screamed at him. We checked his oxygen at least 20 times at different times and it was always between 97 and 99. I should have known from the get go that this place was not a caring and helpful place. When I called, they asked for our information and then immediately proceeded to ask me if I was ready to give them a deposit of $2500 to $4000. They called us the following day to let us know that the insurance accepted the treatment. When my husband explained what had happened and that it was out of question to put our son there, the lady just said oh sorry bye! In conclusion, this lady should not be there. When you leave this place, you feel worse and hopeless. SHAME ON THEM! I wish someone from their management would call me to discuss it. But I guess they are too busy counting the money they are making with our distress.

March 11, 2014 was the last day I touched a drink. Today, 01/04/2020, I still have no desire to drink or go back to a life of addiction. If you are ready to do something about your addiction and you are fortunate enough to have the means to attend the PaRC than I highly recommend that you do so. The facility is very comfortable but it’s the staff in the program that makes the difference. They incorporate an excellent inpatient and outpatient program. It’s not a country club so expect to work and follow a very tight schedule. You won’t be sitting around hoping for results because you’ll be on the move the entire time you’re there. Don’t plan on popping in for a week or two because the program is designed to give you the best chance for sobriety. That means getting you away from the outside influences that are enabling your addiction. True change takes time but it is so worth it.

No treatment center can help someone that doesn't want the help. If you are motivated to take control of your life and your addiction then the PaRC can put you on a path of lifelong recovery. The best thing you can do is check-in, close your mouth and open your ears. Do what the professionals here tell you to do. If you think you know what's best for you and feel the need to argue with suggestions given to you then you should rethink your decisions. After all, your best thinking turned you into an addict/alcoholic, The facilities here are very nice and comfortable. The counseling staff is great and very experienced. If you really want to change your life then this is the place to do it.

My loved one has been in treatment here for two weeks thus far. It seems (mostly) like a good program, although there are some 'bad eggs' that get in the program and are not really interested in being there (court / parent ordered to be there) and so make it harder for those trying to succeed. Overall it seems ok, as long as the patient/person chooses to work the program and stay focused on themselves and avoid troublemakers.
