We basically did not know what to expect as our son entered Serenity View for the 30 day rehab. Our first conversation with him was most uplifting and enlightening on how well he had adapted and accepted the professional help from the counselors and staff there. Their informative emails and availability to communicate what he was learning were a tremendous tool to help better understand what was included in his care. The research materials provided were also a valuable tool for us to learn how this disease affects all of those close to him and how to deal with the situation.
Serenity View offers a Family Weekend of 3 full days of sessions pertaining to understanding better what the individuals are dealing with, how to cope and what to expect in recovery. It is a group/one on one with your loved one that you will find very emotional but so rewarding for your family. I encourage anyone who has a loved one in rehab to participate. I commend the staff at Serenity View for the support and foundation that they have provided for my son and our entire family.

Resolutions’ connections with some of AAC’s state-of-the-art facilities, like Greenhouse Treatment Center, allows staff can provide residents with a high quality of care, without impeding the resident’s daily routines.
From Monday-Friday, patients will participate in programming that is designed to help them continue moving forward with their recovery goals. We understand that given the nature of outpatient programs, many patients may still be employed or have responsibilities at home while they receive care. Therefore, we work with each patient to help make appropriate accommodations to their necessary schedules. For example, should a patient need to be on a work call during treatment hours, we ask that they inform their therapist so we can provide them with a quiet space for them to take that call. This is just one of the many ways that we help you balance your work and treatment so that you can achieve long lasting recovery.

Over all, this facility is amazing!!! Cassie my therapist is very helpful and understanding!!! Josh the counselor is very helpful and fun to have!! Keith our advocate is extremely helpful advocating for all the patients he encounters. The best candy man around!! Positive attitude to cheer you up! Arturo alumni coordinator, is one amazing guy! Hard worker, friendly, welcoming, helpful, funny, cheers you up, makes you want to have a better day!! TAs are strict but friendly. Keeps people in line but also protects you and shows they care. Nikki the counselor, she needs more education to be in her field, she needs to learn how to deal with people. She is very sexist, uses horrible degrading language. The tools that are provided in this facility, Nikki does NOT follow what we as patients are being taught. She needs to use her own tools she attempts to teach us on herself. She isnt fit for the job as a counselor. Patients and the facility have huge concerns for her due to her behavior. Other than this being said, I highly recommend this facility if you are low on life and drowning yourself in drugs and alcohol!!!!!
