About Burning Tree Ranch

Accountability, responsibility, and consistency on a daily basis are the watchwords at Burning Tree. The relapsing alcoholic or addict is shown a manner of living that demands rigorous honesty as demonstrated through the client’s actions in all areas of their lives. Our clients come to us “asleep dreaming they are awake,” and it is our intent and practice to take them through a process of waking up to the reality of how they have been living their lives. Coupled with the full realization of the problem our clients are introduced to a “way of living,” that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

They have confrontation groups they don’t mention on the website.

I disassociated for most of my time there just to get through. Not worth it. Staff is inconsiderate, for the most part, and the website is a lie. Turns family members against their loved ones. Don’t send your loved ones here.

Burning Tree's program is perfect for those who are struggling with negative behaviors and acceptance. I can't emphasize enough the importance of long term care and a rigid program. We wanted results after many tries and finally are witnessing them.

This place gave me worse PTSD than any of my drug abuse. It's punitive and left me broken--both emotionally and financially. I wish I'd never gone.

Our daughter did not do well with the mixed groups. We paid up front over $50,000 and she left without a phone in the middle of nowhere, and bad things happened. We are still paying for the treatment. Very few actually complete the program so that makes their statistics look good, as they do not count the number that leave early. Program okay for males with no mental health issues. Not recommended for females, as most of them have a co-occurring disorder and need evidence- based treatment with professional oversight.
