A New Beginning
This program is for Fairfax County/Falls Church City residents, only. With that in mind, it is a fantastic program that I wholeheartedly recommend. ANB is an excellent program. Bethany Hall has great counselors. We were not given additional drugs to help overcome other drugs. We learned to identify, confront and deal with our emotions. When there was conflict, we learned to "clear the air". It was not easy living with 9 other females. We all had responsibilities and were held accountable if we did not adhere. This was a bonafide treatment program. They did not sugarcoat or enable. You were taught the tools to live drug free

The non-medication approach suited me. They addressed the physical damage sustained by years of substance abuse, particularly the brain chemical instability, through vitamins, supplements & amino acid therapy. Neurofeedback and acupuncture were also used. The environment allowed for my physical & emotional healing and encouraged my spiritual growth -- which is the key to sustained sobriety. I would highly recommend this approach to anyone.
