Introduce you to outside NA/AA meetings. Lots of one on one time with counselor. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities with other patients. Pathways saved my life. Upon going there I learned so much about myself and 12 step programs and now I am 2 years clean from any mind altering or mood changing substance. The staff are phenomenal there and are willing to help at any time. Only weakness of the facility was that it was small and enclosed.

I was put here by a drug court program, I have celiac disease and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my nutritional requirements were met. They really made sure that I was eating what I was supposed to, and eating well. I was not supposed to be there, of course no one would believe that. It's very true though. I was treated very respectfully, which was a relief considering the fact that I was screwed by the system. The nurse went over my rights. She also had a homeless man there who had no clothes of his own and brought him her husband's clothes. Everyone there is so caring. I had a great experience, and I would think that I would say the opposite considering the fact that I SHOULD NOT have been in that position. It was not their fault, it was the county i was in who decided. But they treated me with nothing but respect and genuine compassion. I see reviews about not having enough family time. I saw how Boxwood (not sure I spelled it right but know it was one of the two facilities that I would be sent to) operated and they were able to have visitors. But had it explained to me why they thought it would be a negative thing. I saw the pros and cons of both. But really feel this facility was looking out for me and my well being. I have no negative things to say despite the bitterness of being sent there in the first place. If it's the same as when I went there, then be happy.

Sliding payment scale. Hard to get in to see someone initially. My brother was treated there and seems to be doing better after attempted treatment at other facilities with no success.
