Strengths: Patient care, patient comfort, patient safety, patient overall well being. Weakness: one single counselor that was not caring nor understanding during treatment, in my opinion. I highly recommend this facility and staff, in the adult detox program, to anyone in need of this type of health care and counseling. The care and follow up outpatient treatment I had received from Rogers has changed my entire life, along with my own commitment to change it. Sometimes we just can't do it alone, and this staff is very good at what they do, helping people get through very difficult times in their life, such as addition and eating disorders. I had been an active heroin and opioid addict for nearly 8 years, and now have been free from addiction for three years, without looking back, following detox and my treatment with Rogers! It's an awesome achievement, and I am forever thankful for the care I had received at the clean and beautiful location in Oconomowoc!
I highly recommend this facility. They told me what i needed to hear and put all the tools in my hand when i left. I am forever grateful for this program as i am going on 10 years of sobriety
Someone I loved was admitted to Dewey. His stay was short, only three days. We were happy with the accommodations, amenities and lovely setting. Not happy with the lack of a discharge plan to follow and the lack of interest by the head psychiatric. He spoke in great detail, however, on what a great reputation he and Dewey have in rehabilitation. I\'m not so sure. With the recent experience, we could not recommend. I think they may like having patients have to return.
