How do I sign up for text support?
To sign up for text support with our addiction text line, fill out the short form on this page, including your name and phone number. You will need to check the box at the bottom of the form to agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. You can opt out at any time.
What happens after I submit the text support form?
After you submit the text support form, you will
receive a message from American Addiction Centers
(AAC) within a few minutes. From there, our
addiction text line lets you access resources and
support conveniently via text. You can:
- Ask about treatment options near you or out of state.
- Explore detox, inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare programs.
- Verify your insurance coverage at a treatment facility.
- Learn about payment options with and without insurance.
- Talk through your emotions and struggles.
Is the text support form confidential?
Yes, the text support form and our rehab text line are completely confidential. Your personal information is never shared, and all communications are HIPAA-compliant, ensuring your privacy and security. You can feel safe reaching out for help, knowing your information is protected.
